CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

 

CHECK IN TIME IS 3:00PM 

  1. Go to lift lobby at Citypads Tower 1. 
  2. Enter lift and press Level 32.
  3. Turn right and enter the Gym room.
  4. Find mailbox labelled T1-13-06 and take out access card. Get the mailbox PIN from Host.
  5. Please scramble the pin and make sure the mailbox is locked before you leave it.
  6. Enter lift, scan the access card, and go to Level 13.
  7. Turn right and find unit T1-13-06.
  8. Key in the smart lock PIN given by the Host.

 

CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00PM 

  1. Please return the access card back in our mailbox at 32nd floor.
  2. Please scramble the pin and make sure the mailbox is locked before you leave.
  3. Please send a photo for proof when returning the access card.
Please note that our housekeeping staff are required to clean and prepare for our upcoming reservations at 12:00pm.
