## CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

#### CHECK IN TIME IS 3:00PM 

1. Go to lift lobby at **Citypads Tower 2**. 
2. Enter lift and press **Level 32**.
3. Turn right and enter the **Gym room**.
4. Find mailbox labelled **T2-18-06** and take out access card. Get the mailbox **PIN** from Host.
5. Please **scramble** the pin and make sure the mailbox is locked before you leave it.
6. Enter lift, scan the access card, and go to **Level 18**.
7. Turn right and find unit **T2-18-06**.
8. Key in the smart lock **PIN** given by the Host.

#### CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00PM 

1. Please **return** the access card back in our mailbox at 32nd floor.
2. Please **scramble** the pin and make sure the mailbox is **locked** before you leave.
3. Please send a photo for proof when returning the access card.

Please note that our housekeeping staff are required to clean and prepare for our upcoming reservations at 12:00pm.

#### CAR PARK ENTRANCE

Parking is located at P3A up to P6. You are allowed to use any parking space provided.

#### LIFT LOBBY

Please use lift lobby **Citypads Tower 2** to go upstairs from the parking lot.

#### REPORT DAMAGES IMMEDIATELY

You have to pay for any damages during your stay.

#### TURN OFF APPLIANCES

Please turn off all electrical appliances when not in use.

Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
